Scope Of Work
Demo and replacement of 850 LF of curb to set new elevations due to existing conditions where the parking lot is sinking. We also installed 6500 SF of paving stones, poured 5 concrete ADA ramps, placed 4 paving stone ADA ramps, set 10 new parking bollards with ADA signage, performed 200,000 SF of 2" mill and pave and re-striping of the parking lot. We encountered numerous challenges with existing elevations creating non-compliant ADA issues as well as creating poor water drainage leading to deteriorated asphalt.
