Scope Of Work
We wanted to give a certain feel when you walked into the leasing suite for American Dream as that is where the company signs their tenants to a lease in the mall. We wanted it to be inviting, but also breathtaking as our work would represent their mall. We helped with the budgeting and design process as we worked hand in hand with the CEO. All budgeting came in under budget as we finished weeks ahead of schedule. (www.americandream.com)
