Scope Of Work
R. Gleason was chosen to provide the finishing on the Epiphany Capitol Project by LMN, the 2016 AIA Firm of the year. The Epiphany project was overseen by LCL (Lease-Crutcher-Lewis) and it was an honor to work collaboratively with such professionals. There were 3 major phases that required schedule, trade mitigations, on-site vs. shop finished product, and creative value engineering to get the best finishes and maintain job schedule. There were 4 different finishing protocols developed to provide options that afforded the client the ability to determine the finishing process that worked for their budget as well as maintaining and preserving the beauty of the 108 year old chapel (National Historical Registered).
