Our Story
RBM Maintenance is certified as a minority owned, woman owned, and small business enterprise. We became established in 2000 by Juan Barrios who started his career in the industry with a major, national commercial cleaning company. Before starting RBM, Mr. Barrios was a window cleaner and over time, worked his way up to the position of Regional Vice President. He traveled all over the country training and supervising over 200 employees, helping the corporation grow and retain employees and clients. He would later leverage these experiences to become a successful entrepreneur and the founder of RBM Maintenance, LLC.
Today, RBM Maintenance, LLC has over 50 employees and provides pristine cleaning services in 15 markets. We have been successfully serving clients in both the private and public sectors. Fernando Barrios, the son of our founder, is the second-generation owner and proudly leads RBM as its president and chief executive officer. Since Fernando has taken over in 2018, he grew the company by 30% and pioneered RBM’s C.A.R.E.S philosophy.

We encourage them to do more of what they are doing well and train them to improve when necessary. We schedule recurring supervision visits every two weeks which makes us a unique partner.
