Scope Of Work
Stand-alone leasing center for a new 111 unit student housing building. The leasing center included a replication of an amenity area as well as two living units complete with finishes and floor plan options. This visionary construction enabled the building to be 100% pre-leased prior to completion which allowed the students to move in at the start of the school year.
