Scope Of Work
This project involved first demolishing the existing station and then constructing the new 9,121 square-foot station on a very tight site. Fire station #30 is LEED® Gold certified and includes geothermal mechanical systems and copper siding. To begin the project, Synergy navigated unusually poor soil conditions—caused by a spring on one side of the site—by executing complicated excavation and foundation work. Initial construction has featured an augercast-pile foundation, cable railing systems, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.
