Scope Of Work

Cascade Skagit Health Alliance is a 41,000 square-foot healthcare facility in Arlington, Washington, consisting of General Practitioner, Urgent Care, a full-featured imaging facility including MRI, X-ray and Ultrasound, an Oncology Department, Laboratory, and a retail pharmacy.

The structural design consisted of two levels of steel structure with concrete pan decking. The exterior cladding system had a full rain screen system, brick veneer, Trespa panels and a complicated glazing system with full curtain walls in front. The function of the facility required highly-integrated, state-of-the-art mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Since some of the structure's rooms required positive air pressure, 24-hours a day, and some required negative air pressure, the commissioning process at the end involved testing all critical rooms for proper air balance. Additionally, the high-end interior finishes are nothing short of exquisite.
