Scope Of Work

Final Clean:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rooms, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
• Vacuum and mop all floors to remove dust and dirt.
• Wipe down and disinfect all surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and light switches.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, sinks, and fixtures.
• Scrub and disinfect bathroom fixtures, tiles, and mirrors.
• Dust and wipe down baseboards, door frames, and window sills.
• Ensure all light fixtures and ceiling fans are clean and functional.
• Check and replace air filters, if necessary.
• Rough Clean:
• Remove any debris or trash left from construction or previous occupants.
• Sweep and clean all hard floors to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces to remove loose dirt and grime.
• Address any immediate cleaning needs in high-priority areas.

Touch-Up:

• Address any missed spots or smudges on walls, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Touch up any scuff marks or stains on walls and baseboards.
• Verify that all cleaning tasks from the final clean are completed to satisfaction.

Exterior Windows Cleaning:

• Clean exterior windows of the apartment units using industry-standard tools and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
• Remove dirt, grime, and water spots from windows to ensure a clear view.
• Clean window frames and tracks to remove dust and debris.
• Address any stubborn stains or marks on exterior windows.
• Interior Windows Cleaning:
• Clean interior windows thoroughly, ensuring streak-free and spotless results.
• Wipe down window sills and tracks to remove dust and debris.
• Remove any fingerprints or smudges from glass surfaces.
• Ensure all windows are clean and sparkling both inside and outside.
