Scope Of Work
TRM Construction Management has been contracted to complete the demolition of several units a total of 27,000 sqft in City Place, West Palm Beach. We look forward to seeing this project through its various phases till its completion with a new tenant build-out. We will be taking 4 currently furnished units located on Rosemary Square, and bring them back to a grey shell. With over 35 years of construction experience, TRM looks forward to working alongside the owner and future tenants.
