Scope Of Work

This hand hewn oak cabin was created specifically to the customer’s specifications.  Instead of taking an already existing structure, it was created out of hand hewn logs.  Its gable ends and outhouse is made of mushroom board and the interior flooring is made of antique white pine and the porch flooring is made of yellow pine.  Its hand hewn ridge beams and cedar shake shingles are unique.  Instead of using new bright white chinking, new colored chinking was used to give it an antique feel.   Although this structure never before stood as it is today, it is rich with history in every piece of material used to create it.
