WHY CHOOSE EQUITY SUPPLY GROUP?
Equity Supply Group (ESG) is a family owned business with over 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Before becoming President of ESG, Clifton Phelps, was involved with the award-winning sister company, JCP Construction, as the VP of Business Development.
While providing operational support to JCP Construction, Clifton utilized his unique background in commercial real-estate, property management, and non-profit management to realize that there was a need in the community for a diverse supply company. With the growing demand for skilled labor, quality product sourcing and delivery from a MBE/DBE/SBE certified firm in the region, Equity Supply Group was established. The creation of Equity Supply Group in 2013 allowed Clifton to use the knowledge he gained from JCP Construction to formulate a company that allows for greater opportunity to expand and create jobs in the community.
In the last five years, Equity Supply Group has had the privilege to work on many of the major projects that are changing the Milwaukee skyline, including, but not limited to, the Fiserv Forum, Northwestern Mutual Tower, and 550 Ultra Lofts.
What sets Equity apart from other suppliers is the ability to build relationships and partner with manufacturers and large companies to offer strategic sourcing with competitive prices. We strive daily at ESG to provide superior customer service and to excel and grow to become an established leader in procurement, not only for companies in Wisconsin and Illinois, but throughout the United States.
