Scope Of Work
This project was a build out of an existing empty space within Ford Field in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The project was given a short time line for completion in order to meet the move-in date of an adjacent tenant. The Alan Group had to coordinate all construction activities with Ford Field management to eliminate impact on any scheduled events. The process of scheduling inspections to get a Certificate of Occupancy during the holiday season proved to be a challenging, yet obtainable goal for the entire hardworking project team.
