Scope Of Work

Located in Troy, Michigan, this was a multiple-phase project that centered around minimizing the disruption to the normal business operations of the dealership. The existing showroom was demolished, redesigned and rebuilt. The business office area and service area was also extensively remodeled. This entire process took a high degree of coordination between The Alan Group’s management team and the dealer. It required many temporary services and facilities, with all construction completed on a very fast-paced and strict schedule.
