Scope Of Work
Added additional height to pony wall. Waiting on fire suppression. Installed backing inside pony wall to help support swing door at new cash wrap in Backstage. Replaced damaged fur down in Big Ticket area. Repair and paint back hallway in (fire exit). Repaired damaged wall paper. Removed wood trim, patch, repair, and secure using all thread and base shoe to fur down in kitchen appliance and Big Ticket area.Trim paint cash wraps, Remove five sections of painted mirrors, repaired drywall, taped and bedded. Added additional cove base where existing cove base had been demo. Patched, taped, mudded, and painted four holes in ceiling in Backstage area where existing canned lights were located.
Demo existing doors and created new larger opening for additional door in Backstage area. Also removed existing door opening along with wall and header. Patched and replaced inside behind new door opening. (no paint) Remove and replace ceiling tiles, paint light grills on second fllor, remove security camera and monitor along with all neon lighting. Remove and patch existing feux wood panels, paint, install carpet tile.
