Noah’s Ark Self Storage in Stone Oak consists of a basement and three stories of temperature controlled self storage, featuring many marketing advantages above the competition, including an attractive exterior and interior design, frontage on Stone Oak Pkwy., and advanced electronic security. The facility was built in one phase utilizing only .89 acres of the 2.23 acre land area. The five sided, uniquely designed building houses four hundred and seventy-eight interior and exterior temperature controlled units, a thousand square foot office, two security code protected elevators, his and her bathrooms, a large covered loading area, and HD security cameras positioned on every hallway. NDS Construction, the general contractor for Noah’s Ark Self Storage, worked for over seven months and overcame numerous challenges to bring San Antonio, TX and especially the Stone Oak community the pinnacle of multi-level facilities and introduced the next generation in self storage.
