Scope Of Work
Construction of New Administration/Classroom Building. Conversion/Modernization of one existing building being used as administration building. Modernization of one existing Multi-Purpose Building which includes the kitchen; And Construction of new student drop-off area at the main parking lot. Includes demolition, structural improvements, new HVAC system, power upgrades, low voltage systems, new finishes, 21st Century Classroom technology & furniture, and ADA accessibility improvements. And an underground stormwater retention system.
