Scope Of Work
Construction of a new art gallery and adjoining cafe. The new art gallery featured diffused natural lighting, state of the art programmable interior lighting system, cutting edge security technology integrated to control access to vaults and sensitive backhouse areas. Gallery features two main display areas with forklift access and under floor raceways throughout to accommodate large scale and technologically advanced displays. During the construction phase, the adjoining cafe was adapted to house a Starbucks coffee. Throughout the many design changes during construction, our value engineering resulted in a savings to the Owner upon completion.
