Scope Of Work
Construct a new 1-story CMU and Steel Building and related site work for the Laborers School for their hands on training. The building include s classrooms, office space, covered work area and a well appointed training shop including welding instructional stations. The Project Sitework includes new utilities, concrete paving, hardscape, landscape, concrete unit pavers, pervious concrete parking lot, and a underground stormwater detention system.
