Scope Of Work
This is a real stone slates on the front mansard and turret roofs. The original slates was over 100 years old, they were all worn out and had to be replaced. The difficulty of the project was, that the building located in historic district, so we've had to match the existing slate layout with every single piece. The inspector actually count every slate on the roof. But the main surprise was waiting us under the slate. Most of the wood was rotted and had to be replaced along with the built in gutters. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the results has satisfied both the owner and the inspector.
