Scope Of Work
O’Shea Builders served as the Design Builder for this three-phase project. The project included the relocation of an existing helipad; construction of a new emergency department, lab and warehouse; modernization of a part of the building that was built in 1974; demolition of a 100-year-old school building that the hospital occupied; and the construction of the new physical therapy wing.
