Scope Of Work
O’Shea Builders served as Design-Builder for the expansion project at BRANDT’s Global Headquarters in 2012. The project called for construction of a 22,000-square-foot expansion that features two new wings on the east and west ends of the building, which brings the total size of the facility to 48,000 SF. The west wing serves as office space, and the east wing is available as shell space for future expansion.
Most recently, O’Shea returned to BRANDT to finish the 10,000-square-foot buildout for the east wing’s first and second floors. As a global company, BRANDT recognized the need for additional space at their headquarters, and O’Shea was proud to partner with a loyal client again and help them continue to expand their business at home and around the world.
