Scope Of Work
O'Shea Builders served as Construction Manager for a district-wide facilities improvement program for Ball-Chatham School District. The projects included:
Ball Elementary School - A 5,900 s.f. addition of classrooms, office and a workroom to the existing school, as well as the demolition of an old school building.
Glenwood Elementary School - A 19,000 s.f. expansion of three existing classroom wings and site improvements consisting of a new playground area and parking lot expansion.
Glenwood Intermediate School - A 10,500 s.f. addition that included classrooms, offices, nurse station, workroom, extension of existing commons area, and a new entrance canopy.
Glenwood High School - A 25,000 s.f. addition of 14 classrooms to the existing school.
