Scope Of Work
O’Shea Builders completed construction on a new facility for Altorfer, Inc., an authorized dealer for Caterpillar construction and mining equipment. The Design-Build project, which was built on 12 acres on International Parkway in Springfield near Interstate 72, houses Altorfer’s new retail, maintenance and rental operations. The 55,000 s.f. project includes a 4,000 s.f. storage facility, 7,000 s.f. wash bay, and a 44,000 s.f. main building.
