Scope Of Work
10,200 SF – New Construction
Demolition of existing 15k SF pool, pool site 30k SF decking and equipment room.
5,400 SF Main Competition Pool with stainless steel gutter, diving board, starting platforms, slide and handicap lift.
River Circle Pool, center island palm tree and handicap lift.
2,800 SF wading pool with 5 features.
New filter building, Neptune Benson Filters, pumps, VFDs and Chemical Controls.
Exterior Improvements – 2 playground areas with safety surfaces, shuffle board, ball toss, 30,000 SF new concrete deck, handicap ramp with rails, deck and trench drains.
Electrical Work – connection to emergency transformer, new stepdown transformers, main distribution panels, Equipment Room lighting, pool lighting and new site lighting.
12″ storm drain lateral 300 ft run to manhole.
