After a decade in the construction industry, Brian’s experience, technical knowledge and ambition made him an efficient and effective, highly regarded Senior Project Manager. After receiving his AutoCAD 1,000 Hour Training Certificate, Brian went on to earn his Bachelors of Science and Technology in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University. His professional career began with an A/E/C firm that focused primarily on design-build projects. Serving as Project Manager, he successfully oversaw the completion of numerous projects for a diverse range of industries including industrial, retail, food service and education.
As his career progressed, Brian’s role evolved from Project Manager to Project Executive. Working in a partner capacity with Nyman Construction, Brian began to develop his own book of business. As Brian’s growth continued, it continued in a path of National Retailers. Brian developed a separate sector of business at Nyman Construction, and eventually founded NNI Construction Co with Michael Nyman and Tim Miller.
Brian chose Fort Lauderdale, Florida as the corporate headquarters, and currently maintains an Office in Cleveland, Ohio. Brian is particularly focused in Preconstruction. Aiding his customers in Lease Negotiations, budgeting and preliminary conceptual budgeting. He is also still involved in every active project as Project Executive.
Brian founded the company with a heavy focus on service. He believes that Construction Management has evolved into a Service Industry. His concept is simple, let NNI focus on the Construction, and the client focus on their business!
