Scope Of Work
18 Acres and an idea. This beautiful custom build is the home of CaseCo partner Aaron McCleary and his family. A few years ago, while living in Ashburn, Virginia, Aaron and his wife knew they needed to be in Western Loudoun County. Shortly after securing the perfect Lot they began their journey down the road of new home construction.
Designed by architect Beckham Dickerson of Leesburg, Virginia this home is the perfect modern farm house. A large open floor plan for entertaining guest was a priority along with outdoor living space. The Hardy Board and Batten Siding is complemented perfectly with a matte black standing seam metal roof and custom stone chimneys.
