Scope Of Work

Vision beyond walls. Our clients sold their home of 35 years and headed for the mountains. CaseCo was asked to transform their newly-purchased, but old, traditional house into a modern mountain oasis—no problem. The owners’ desire to create a “New York Soho loft” in their 20-acre setting required a truly custom solution. This project made use of our entire range of expertise: working with the clients on the property acquisition; partnering with one of our architects to design the addition and remodel; and of course–using our top-notch craftsmen for the demolition and construction.

Not only was the original house completely redone inside and out, but also, the project included building a master-suite addition with a significant gabled roof and converting a covered patio into a den and mudroom.  Hardie Plank siding, Trex decks, and a stone covered-porch make this home labor-free on the outside, while the inside boasts Hickory floors and porcelain tiles; fully modernized kitchen and baths; and 41 six-foot-tall windows which open to expansive mountain views.  This project included some amazing and challenging design elements; but we came through, and the clients are delighted.  Clean lines on the outside, and a WOW and unexpectedly modern and open interior.
