Scope Of Work

The Charlotte Apparel Center provides flexible exhibit and meeting  space, a parking deck, and an adjoining hotel in an urban setting built on an entire city block.  Located in the central business district of Charlotte, the center has 440,000 square feet and a 300-room hotel of 14 stories with a swim and exercise club, running track on the roof which overlooks uptown and 900-car enclosed parking garage for the complex.
