Scope Of Work

American City Business Journals is headquartered in the four level "American City Building" at 120 West Morehead Street. The building is traditional brick with large clear glass windows. The first floor of the building contains a terrace with a view of Bank of America Stadium and also houses a Training Center and Phil’s Deli.

Floors 2 and 4 have the executive offices and various other departments with a modular office layout throughout the body of the floors and the executive offices located at the ends of the floors. A communicating stair connects the two floors allowing easy interaction.

Each corner contains a conference room that has floor to ceiling glass curtainwalls and remains lit at night.

A shuttle elevator on the 4th floor accesses the roof where there is a terrace at the north end of the building, with a spectacular view of the center city and the stadium. The project site contains parking for 200+ cars under the building, under the raised parking plaza, and at the street plaza level.
