Scope Of Work

This 454,000 square foot office building in downtown Charlotte is the flagship of the developing north end of the Central Business District. The building is nineteen stories tall with three levels of below grade parking. As part of a larger mixed use development by the firm, the complex encompasses an entire city block. A 37,000 square foot pedestrian plaza is centrally located, enclosed by the surrounding buildings.

The $35 million tower incorporates ten large lower floors, averaging 32,000 square feet, and with the remaining upper floors averaging 17,000 square feet each Cast stone is the dominant exterior material. A tapered roof enclosure housing the mechanical systems, tops the building.
