Building Dr. Shane Costa’s new dental practice, designed by GTM Architects, was an incredible project for both the process to reach the final results as well as meeting the deadline to open. Dr. Costa’s architects and design consultants helped make the process of bringing the vision to life smooth and efficient, with the resulting facility being a resounding success by all measures!

Liberty Group enjoyed the opportunity to build Costa Family Dentistry, a medical space that was equal parts comfortable, sophisticated, and aesthetically pleasing for both the patients and the staff. With subtle gold accents to give a bold aesthetic over the black and white wall coverings, the final product expresses contemporary design without overpowering the function of the space. The office’s design makes a point to stay consistent with a neutral color palette to produce a starkly modern look. This complements the high-end equipment in this technologically advanced dental practice.

Schedule played a critical role in this dental build-out, especially with flooring, tile, and specialty fixtures being shipped in from Germany and Italy in late 2020 when material lead times dictated a successful project. On top of interior fit-out, Liberty installed additional outdoor condenser units, air handling units, modifications to the storefront, and core drilling for the new plumbing lines above the basement garage.
