Scope Of Work
Wolverine Building Group and Fab-Lite have a history that goes back over 25 years. The original industrial building was constructed by Wolverine Building Group in 1994. Fab-Lite, Inc. manufactures metalwork products such as pedestals, laterals, towers, lockers, cabinets, bookcases, and desks. Fab-Lite invited our team back to construct a warehouse and distribution expansion for their thriving business.
Fab-Lite awarded Wolverine with a contract to add a 40,000-square-foot expansion manufacturing facility. More space allows for additional fabrication work, finishing systems, and shipping capabilities to address the growing needs of an expanding customer base. The building expansion includes presses and paint lines in the insulated metal building. Our team custom built the pre-engineered steel expansion to exceed Fab-Lite goals, exemplifying the quality relationship we enjoy with our clients.
