Scope Of Work
Wolverine completed this 60,000 square foot manufacturing build out for ACME Marine. The space includes the manufacturing floor, warehouse space and 10,000 sq. ft. of office located on two floors.
Every aspect of ACME’s space is designed to promote productivity and communication. This design/build project inside a massive custom engineered metal building is a prime example of how our creative team collaborates with owner vision to build remarkable spaces. Wolverine’s in-house architects worked with ACME Marine to design a layout that would allow them to have fewer employees operating their CNC machines, maximizing efficiency. A glass curtain wall between the office and manufacturing spaces provides a viewing area for clients and reinforces ACME’s corporate philosophy of open communication between the office and manufacturing teams.
