Scope Of Work

The Specialty & Surgery Care Center Brandywine Valley is located on Route 1 in Concord Township, PA. The center provides access to new services including Ambulatory Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Radiology, and Urology, as well as specialties previously offered at the Chadds Ford and Springfield Specialty Care Centers. The project was completed by Target on an accelerated schedule, in coordination with the design team of EwingCole, and the facilities staff of the CHOP. BIM (Building Information Modeling) was employed to maintain scheduling requirements and support exhaustive quality control standards. The finished building also satisfies the requirements of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) for LEED Silver Status.
