Scope Of Work
Vendome, a French-inspired, historic stone building in Boston’s Back Bay features 111 condo units. Originally built as a hotel in the 19th century and converted to highly sought after condominium residences featuring 11-foot ceilings, decorative fireplaces, classic columns, solid doors, central air and heating systems, modern kitchens with high-end appliances and much more. Great amenities include full-time security, full-time doorman and concierge services.
Hemenway is currently performing Phase I HVAC MUA project which involves the removal and replacement of a 40 ton rooftop HVAC unit to provide conditioned make up air for the entire building.
