We offer all-wood cabinets, including dove-tailed drawer box construction, and we use quality hardware including soft-close drawer glides and hinges. We started in May of 2009 as Centex Cabinets in a small warehouse on Burnet Rd. We started out selling one line of manufactured cabinets and only carrying 5 doors (only one of which was actually popular). Because of the great value we offered, we had steady growth through the first couple years. Over that time, that manufacturer added a few cabinet doors and we added another manufacturer as well.

In the late spring of 2011, we added 3 new manufacturers giving us some great new door styles. We now have over 100 in total. We also became the national sales rep for one of those companies giving us better pricing than any other cabinet shop in the country.
Those new doors styles, better pricing and just the overall maturity of our company have helped us growth year in after year. We also started expanding nationally, which gave us even more buying power with our manufacturers.

We realized Centex was not a good name for national growth. So, we formed the national business under the name Premium Cabinets. Our Austin location is still officially Centex Cabinets LLC, but have a DBA of Premium Cabinets to support the national business.

In 2012 we moved to a new larger location on Research Blvd. In 2014 we outgrew that location and moved to our current location at 2335 Kramer Lane, Ste A.
