Scope Of Work
DanCo completed the construction of the first building in 2012 over a period of 4 months with 5 subcontractors on site. The project was completed at the quoted cost, with zero lost days in the field. The customer felt our work exceeded his expectations therefore requested additional work of a crane rail installation.
DanCo was also able to save the customer on the total cost of the project, which resulted in future work. Our open communication with the customer and subcontractors allowed us to finish this project on time from the initial design, engineering, and concrete footing to final completion.
