Scope Of Work
This new 4-Story, 69,500 SF Medical Office Building includes an Orthopedic Surgery Center on the First Floor Level with main entrance on the north side of the building. The main entrance on the south side of the building will be at the Ground Floor Level. The building features drilled pier foundations, structural steel frame, brick, metal panel and glass exterior skin with horizontal sunscreens at strategic locations.
