Scope Of Work
Braemar at Wallkill located in Orange County, NY opened its doors in the spring of 2015. The ALR is a 130-unit, 200-bed facility offering one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. The four-story, 130,000 square-foot building is situated on six landscaped acres, less than one mile from the new Orange Regional Medical Center. Braemar at Wallkill offers a full complement of licensed, assisted health-care services including a unit dedicated to serving dementia and Alzheimer’s residents. This facility also provides access to Medicaid reimbursement for assisted living health-care services for up to 80 medically and financially qualified individuals.
