Scope Of Work
Braemar at Medford is a 137-unit, 200-bed Assisted Living Program (ALP) developed, owned and operated by FilBen. The two-story, 125,000 square-foot building is sited on 12-acres in central Suffolk County. Braemar at Medford provides a full complement of licensed, assisted health- care services under the New York State ALP. As such, the facility is able to provide access to Medicaid reimbursed assisted living health care services for up to 200 medically and financially qualified individuals. Braemar at Medford is an award winning ALP, capable of providing diverse acuity-assisted services to income-restricted seniors.
