Here is a clear example of a very tight space. Smaller spaces need quite a bit of knowledge & organization to end up with an efficient floor plan. When we were approached by Angie & Kat, got us exited. We are always up to the challenge of making the impossible work for our customers. While designing for a petite space, you have to take into consideration full health code compliance, building and fire compliance, ada accessibility, and most importantly construction. If you are not aware of any of these, it will circle thru the local departments for months and months. We submit plan to GET PERMITS, not to get corrections.....
