Leah was seeking a space for her clothing store, so we went along to make sure the space she is looking for fits her needs & budget. With her luck the first space was the one that worked. We sketched out her floor plan for approvals, and once she had signed her lease we went to work right away. Ceiling, walls, fitting rooms, restroom flooring, polished concrete at main floor, new affordable counter area & so on.
