Scope Of Work
Eduardo & Rafael wanted open their second location with a new modern look. We subdivided the building space w/ the city giving our customer 1500sq.ft tenant space for the Mexican Restaurant. The project included design for the new proposed floor plan and the build out in a timely manner. from signing to occupancy it took a record breaking 6 months. (the 6 months included generating all drawings & permits form all departments). Massive walls w/ open ceiling construction as well as polished concrete flooring.
