Scope Of Work
We helped Johnny convert the existing Quiznos into the Kebab spot he wanted, dedicating it to his new born daughter. We took charge of all of his permitting & inspection needs. We designed for a 14ft hood (w/ equipments), & got him a waiver to install a 50gal grease trap vs 750gal grease interceptor. This allowed them to save huge amounts & got them to open sooner than expected.
