Scope Of Work
Howard & Jeannie had a Crepe concept & a 380sq.ft area to fit in at the Anaheim Packing House (anaheimpackingdistrict.com). We made sure the tiny space will accommodate for all of their & Health Department requirements. We had a very short time to make the grand opening day with the rest of the eateries at the Packing House. With two huge obstacles thrown our direction, we still managed to get them to be a part of the grand crowd (our construction team was working around the clock to make sure deadline was met). www.crepecoop.com
