After his discharge from the Army, Doug began his career in the electrical industry in LaPorte, Texas, in 1989 where he worked as an integral part of a wire pulling team with HB Zachary. For the past 27+ years he has worked in many different fields of the electrical industry including industrial, commercial and residential.
For over 7 years, Doug has set his primary focus on Estimating and Project Management. Projects he has successfully brought to fruition include Humana Healthcare’s IORA facilities in Littleton and Aurora, the City of Longmont Fleet Services Buildings upgrade, multiple projects on the Amgen Pharmaceuticals Boulder Campus and the CU Boulder Campus Muenzinger Building Fire Alarm upgrade.
With just over 12 years of electrical industry experience, Jake Jacobson is a licensed Journeyman Electrician in three states, and now provides a complex insight of estimation for Treck Electric. Jake started his electrical career at a young age working for his father, and passed his Journeyman’s test one month after his 21st birthday. Progressing through his career as Lead Man, Field Foreman, Project Coordinator, Estimator, and Project Manager, Jake has worked in a wide variety of environments from the fast paced oil boom of Williston, ND to building custom homes in the finest detail in Big Sky, MT.
Before joining Treck Electric, Jake was a Project Manager, Estimator and Service Manager for 8+ years. During this time, Jake managed and supervised many electrical projects and service calls from small residential to $5 million-dollar ground-up buildings. Jake specializes in developing customer relations and is committed to maintaining a friendly and helpful spirit to exceed the customer’s needs.
