Scope Of Work

This home, built in 2006, reflects the timeless northwest rustic elegance found throughout The Golf Club at Black Rock. Poor soil conditions required us to excavate 30 feet below the road to reach suitable soils on which to build. The extra deep excavation allowed the owner to add a lower third floor.

Working with Architects West, the home incorporates a number of fun features including a wine cellar, a theater under the garage, an elevator, a recreation room and bar and an outdoor fire pit and covered patio.
