Scope Of Work
The Austin Company provided architectural and engineering design and construction management support services to relocate Saint-Gobain from Anaheim, California, to their new location in Garden Grove. The tenant improvements to the new Garden Grove shell building were minor for the 22,500 SF office areas. However, the manufacturing processes were rather complicated to layout, which included CNC Machining, Deburring, Punch Press, Lip Seals, Spring Fabrication, Automatics, and Aerospace Cell processes, as well as Injection Molding, Milling, Manifold Assembly, modular Class 100, and 1000 Clean Rooms, Compressor Cell and Tool Fabrication areas.
