Shane grew up in the roofing industry his father started a roofing company (ADR Roofing) in 1980 when Shane was born. Growing up Shane remembers not only going to the local Arlington dump in his dad’s dump truck to dump roofing debris but also climbing the ladders with his dad assisting with measuring, tearing off and installing new roofs. After spending many years of working for ADR Roofing in 2009, Shane decided to open up S&S Roofing and go off on his own his father backed him 100% with his dreams of starting his own honest family owned & operated roofing company. Sheri Dunlap is part owner of S&S Roofing who works full-time in the office assisting with daily financial and growth of the company. After spending many years working for other companies in Accounting, Payroll and Marketing, Sheri decided to jump on board full-time with S&S Roofing assisting her husband and mother in continuing to run a successful, family owned & operated roofing company AKA: S&S Roofing. Sheri has recently got involved with the Arlington Food Banks "A Simple Gesture Program” and is collecting food @ S&S Roofing throughout the year to help support local families. Also, you might have even seen Sheri at local businesses passing out some yummy cookies, stopping by local businesses to say Hello and dropping off special treats and putting a smile on their faces and saying Thank You is another passion of hers.
