Scope Of Work
3,500 SF Interior Restaurant Project
This project was renovation of an existing dine-in restaurant. HBI suggested VE options that helped costs remain within project budget. Interior scope included selective demolition, new wood storefront and millwork, exterior awning, carpentry, new finishes, light fixtures, and extensive MEPS/FA trades.
